Just not feeling it today...

Today was a blah day. I really didn't feel like going to work much less working out. I felt kind of the same way yesterday. So all I did today was swim. That's all I did yesterday too. So I haven't burned many calories these last 2 days but I at least I moved.

I'm not typically a 1/2 empty kind of person. I think I am just in a funk. I think I have been focusing on how far I have to go rather than how far I have come. S'ok, I am working on making that change! On that note, this is one of my favorite blouses. And the pants use to fit like leggins' now they are baggy!

Today was supposed to be a run day but I just wasn't feeling up to it. Lazy I think is what it was. Tomorrow I will make it up!

Tomorrow we have a staff meeting so I will most likely have to cancel my swim appointment. Tomorrow is supposed to be a crappy weather day so I will run on the treadmill in the gym at work. Yep Believe it or not, winter is still hanging on here in Colorado. 3-6 inches tomorrow!! And we have gone from 80 degrees yesterday to 39 tomorrow.. BLAH!!!  At least it wont stay around long.
Food has been OK the last couple of days. I have grazed a few times. Yesterday I did not make the 8 pm cutoff. We didn't even sit down for dinner until 7:45. Tonight though, I have done well. I am going to make a cup of tea and go to bed soon.
Maybe tomorrow I will have more to say, today I am just tired. Chin up Chris! I know. Sometimes I just feel like this tho!
Naturally I can't leave you with that so lets try this! In honor of the snow coming tomorrow!
OK OK I know I know!! Let me leave you with this one!

Mad Monday Weigh in & Weekend happenings!

today's weight 213.2....loss of .4 lbs. I guess a loss is a loss right?!?!
So my totals are:
61.6 lbs down since 8/22/12!
47.0 lbs down since surgery on 10/15/12!
I don't think I am ever going to reach that 1/2 way point! Ugh!! 3.4 lbs to go to get there. I hope this isn't the sign of a plateau....I really dislike plateaus, I get so discouraged. But I feel like its been forever since I've been working on this 1/2 way point! Too high of expectations maybe?
One more month! Friday 15 more people were laid off. If was sad and I actually teared up some. Many of the people that left Friday were people that I have worked closely with over the last 7 years. So naturally there was a Happy Hour and I had a lot to drink. I danced most of the evening and tried to drink a bunch of water. Pretty sure it was Friday night that hindered things this weekend. Gotta get that partying under control. Anyway, Friday was Ronnie Rayguns, and 80's cover band. They are pretty good!

I drank these Skinny Tropical Teasers all night. Which had 135 calories each. I had several. I also had several shots with the group. They were good!
Exercising was good, and I thought food was pretty good. I do think I'm retaining water and I would bet the scale tomorrow morning will be even lower than it is today. Friday night I swam and we danced,
Saturday was a rest day. K & J had a tennis match so we went to that and I took a nap in the afternoon, LOL, I was tired.
Sunday was my first attempt at a full 5K run. All in all I think I did pretty good. I didn't make it all 3.1 miles. But I did make it 2.33. My head started hurting at that point and I could feel & hear the pounding in my ears, I took that as a sign to stop. This is the farthest I have run at one time yet! When I started this journey 6 months ago I couldn't run 10 feet let alone 2 miles. And prior to yesterday the farthest I had gone was about 1.5 miles. So I feel accomplished. I jogged the 2.33 and walked the remainder home. My legs felt like jello! So I will try to go a bit farther tomorrow. I will get there!
This is my absolute favorite things to do after I run! I love soaking in the tub!
Tonight is a swim night. I am also implementing a no eating/snacking/drinking policy after 8 pm! I know this wont happen everyday because life seems to get in the way, but I am shooting for 90% of the time! I am hoping this will help!

I also need to work on the sugar. I want to try a sugar detox, but I am not sure, do I stay away from friuts too? Can I still have fake sugar? (i.e. Splenda) Any ideas?

OK I am going to get to my blog reading! I may be commenting on your posts from a few days ago. Sorry, I am behind :) Hugs to everyone! And thanks for stopping by!

Ten Things Thursday!

To keep with Ms. Laura Belle's tradition we have TTT!

1) I am behind on reading blogs as well as blogging. It's been a bit of a crazy week so far. But I am working on catching up. I think I last blogged on Monday. I will have to look back. I miss you guys!

2) My fingers are feeling better. They are still a little sore, and I can't get my rings on yet, but hopefully they will be back to normal tomorrow!

3) My new tattoo! Love it! This one stung a little though. :)

4) I have 5 weeks left at my job. Some of my very good friends are leaving tomorrow. :( This makes me sad and the office has a cloud hovering. I am ready for this to be over. Happy hour tonight and tomorrow night! I am determined to behave!

5) This weekend I have tennis matches, and bday parties to attend. Seems that we are always busy on the weekends.

6) I think Spring may have finally Sprung! I do not see any snow in the forecast next week! (Knock on wood) I really hope we are done with snow!

7) I swear I will somehow get on my motorcycle this weekend!

8) My food has been pretty good this week! Yesterday I went a bit overboard on the M&M's but luckily they are upstairs so they are not tempting me today!

9) My workouts have been pretty good this week too! Monday I burned somewhere around 600 calories, Tuesday got all messed up with work so it was an off day, and Wednesday I burned around 425 calories! I think today will be swimming and elliptical!

10) I finished the C25K program! I haven't actually run a 5K yet, but I went through all the weeks/days and ran for the time it said. I will try to go the full 3.1 miles this weekend! I'm excited!
So far my 2 daughters and 1of their friends are going to do the Color Vibe 5K with me in July. There may be 3 or 4 more. I think it's going to be a blast. Despite the fact that I am terrified!

I hope everyone is having a fabo day! Cheers! And thanks for stopping by! :)

Mad Monday Weigh In & M'lis Body Wrap

Today's weigh in....213.6....loss of 1.6 lbs!!! YAY!!! Finally!
So my totals are:
61.2 lbs down since 8/22/12!
46.6 lbs down since surgery on 10/15/12!
Today's workout consisted of W8D2 of the C25K, W1D2 of the C25K and swimming for 1/2 hour. I ran 28 solid minutes again today! YAY! If everything goes as planned I will finish the C25K program Wednesday and actually the entire 5K Saturday. It is supposed to be beautiful here. I know I will be able to do 30 full minutes. 3 miles would be about 15 minutes longer than that I think. I will get there! I know I will! As of today I have gone 58.18 miles since I started this 2 1/2 months ago!
So far my 2 girls and 2 of their friends are going to be doing the Color Vibe 5K with me, my mom and her boyfriend may be joining and possibly a few others. There could be a good crowd of us :) When I registered us for the run I purchased each of us a pair of socks and 5 color packets. Not sure what those are for. But it sounded fun, Does anyone know? I am assuming it is for us to throw at each other when we are done.
I am looking forward to it!
Last night I decided to go with the girls to the tennis courts and play tennis with them. I have never played a day of tennis in my life. They are all on the Varsity tennis team, they said I did great and they were surprised I've never played before. HAHA! Anyway, I was running after a ball and my feet got all tangled up together and I went down, my poor daughters were panicked!  Well, when I went down my hand got caught in a weird position and my fingers bent a funny way and made a funny sound. Boy they hurt! And they are swollen and turning a nice purple color, I can move them though so I think they are just sprained. My daughter spoke to her sports medicine teacher and he said stabilize the fingers and ice it, So that's what I am doing. The swelling is finally going down but it does hurt to move them a bit. I still can't get my rings on those two fingers.
At least I didn't break a nail LOL.
Yesterday, I had my second M'lis body contouring wrap. I have always been skeptical of these types of things because it always seems to me that you lose water and then it all comes back once you are hydrated. And, I know there is no quick fix, but I am trying to find something to help tighten the skin as I lose the weight. This wrap claims to be permanent. It states that there is no weight loss only inch loss, and your weight will stay the same.
Well so far with this wrap I do not sweat at all. They rub this pumice cream all over my body first and wipe that of and then put this minty cream all over that turns my skin bright, bright red and they wrap me in saran wrap basically. It is a stronger plastic wrap. They get it pretty tight. According to the measurements, I lost 13 total inches the first time, and 6 inches this second time around..
I do have to say, I think I see a difference in my stomach and my husband says that back of my legs look "less mushy" LOL. He means the cellulite looks smoother. And I do think when I look in the mirror the cellulite looks to be diminishing. I can't tell any difference in my clothes because they are already baggy. They do recommend you do a series of the wraps of course for best results. I did schedule a 3rd wrap. I plan on getting a total of 6 right now. My next visit is in 2 weeks. They are expense but like the hubby says, its cheaper than surgery and if it works great! So we will see, I am still not completely sold, but I do think I am noticing a difference.
So here's to hoping!!
Yesterday the girls and I went to the mall so they could look for dresses while I went for my body wrap. My oldest has her permit, and I let her drive home, she did really well! But I was SO scared. Not sure why, but I was really nervous and I am never like that. When we got out of the car I was breathing sighs of relief! Must be a mother thing!
It is snowing yet again here in Colorado. It isn't amounting to anything, but the temperature dropped like 25 degrees today and it is supposed to continue to tomorrow. I so want the warmer weather to come and stay!
Anyway, off to bed I think! Have a great night everyone and thanks again for stopping by!

OMG I registered for a 5K!!

Yep never ever ever ever in a million years did I think I would ever do something likes this! I am scared to death! But I registered myself and my daughters for a 5K! The Color Vibe! I asked the girls if they would do it with me and they both agreed. YIKES!!!

OK I am going to calm down and try not to freak out!

Anyway! Saturday was a good day! We had a college thing with my daughter that took up the morning, a massage in the afternoon and then the hubby and I went out to dinner for what seems like the first time in a really long time, with out the kids. We went to Macaroni Grill. I love that place! I opted for Chicken Marsala and only ate about 1/3 of the entire plate. It was good. I did have one piece of bread and a glass of Moscato wine! OMG That wine is so good!

Food wise my day was good.
Calories: 1173.0
Fat: 41.17
Sugar: 50.5
Protein: 64.67

We did go to the bar with a group of friends from work and we had a great time! We saw the Boogie Machines! They are a 70's disco band and they are AWESOME!! We danced all night! And got some serious sweat on! My Fitbit finished the evening at 21,753 steps! And shows I burned about 900 calories! YAY!
My husband even had a good time! He doesn't dance though!
Cheri suggested I have a plan for the evening and I agreed with her. So my plan was to go slow and stay hydrated! I did drink. And we did several shots. I have no idea how many calories I consumed and I have chosen to not even worry about it. I am guessing somewhere around 700. I stayed away from the fruity drinks and basically had 1 large cinnamon toast crunch drink (this times 3) on top of the shots. But I also drank about 64 oz of water. Which is not usually the case. And we didn't order food at the bar. We typically do and this is where I usually get caught up in the food calories.
Funny story, for the first 2 hours we were there, I drank water. Why?!?! EVERYTHING I asked for at the bar they were out of! Eventually the manager apparently ran to the liquor store because I was suddenly flooded with a bunch of complimentary shots. But we had a great time!
I decided to make today a rest day. I feel great, but my legs are sore from all of the dancing last night and I exercised 5 out of the 4-6 day range I had this week. I feel good about the week that is behind me. We will see what the scale says tomorrow. But I feel like between my fill and my exercise my results will be good.

I have my second body contour wrap this afternoon. I will give an update on that tonight but so far the results seem to be good and legit.

Have a great day everyone! And thanks for stopping by! :)

That quiet little smile!

Howdy Friends! It seems like it has been a couple of days since my last post. I think I have lots to report!! Exciting stuff here!! HAHAHAHA!! Maybe... You tell me!

Yesterday was Thursday right? Yep, sure was! Work was work....BORING!! But hey that's ok! The real exciting stuff came later! Sometime around 4 PM I believe, when I went into the gym to get on the treadmill. It was a run day, **YAY** but....it was W8D1, 5 minute walking warm up followed by 28 minutes of solid jogging, & a 5 minute cooldown. NO WAY!! There is no way I was going to be able to jog for 28 minutes. That is roughly 8 songs, good fast upbeat songs.

Of course I started! (And somewhere around 14 minutes in my legs were on fire!! And EWWW The sweat was dripping **GAG**) And ya know what?!?!?! I finished too!!!!!! BOO YAA!!! So during my cool down I couldn't help myself, I was looking at the timer and it said 38 minutes, totally wasn't even trying but suddenly I got this quiet little smile on my face and a silent fist pump that said "YES!!" I literally felt proud of myself! Doesn't happen very often, me feeling proud of me, it was a strange feeling. But it was awesome!! So I got roughly 1.5 miles in in 28 minutes. But I am not real concerned with speed right now. YAY ME!!!
And of course as always I went back and did W1D1 again. This is where I work on my speed, I was able to jog at 4.0 MPH for a solid 60 seconds. On the long runs I jog around 3.5 - 3.7 MPH. Every little bit helps! I spent almost a full hour (I should have went 26 seconds more) on the treadmill! And clocked 445 calories! And I went 3.36 miles! Even if they weren't all jogging!
Left there and went swimming for a 1/2 hour, I was a little warn out. But I still went. Last night I also went to my first support group. It was fun! I enjoyed it and will be going back again. Last night was exercise night, go figure LOL. I got there late but still participated in about 20 minutes worth of heart elevating exercise, I was sweating...So between running, swimming and the support group exercise I am guessing I torched about 550 calories total! Awesome!! So excited!
My food was good too! My "range is 1200-1400 calories/day.
Calories: 1326.33
Fat: 36.58
Sugar: 128 (OK so most of my food was good! I treated myself to a Starbucks since it was a straight liquid diet day) :)
Protein: 92.16

Fast forward to today! Today was a swim only day. I decided to take it easy and have a light day. I got off work early around 3. After I swam I went for a pedicure & got my nails done. Fun times! For dinner I decided to make a Cauliflower Pizza Crust Calzone. Who woulda thunk!?!? I got this idea from Lyn. Cauliflower, eggs and cheese as a dough!?!? AWESOME!! It started like this:
And cooked it looked like this!
And This was my portion. It looks like this puppy is going to be about 4 meals for me!
Totally doesn't taste like Cauliflower! My version included, 1/2 c turkey sausage crumbles, 1/2 c part skim mozzarella, 10 turkey pepperoni, 1/4 c ricotta cheese, 1/4 green peppers & 1/4 c sliced mushrooms. I put rosemary & pizza seasoning with garlic salt and pepper in my "dough" and I used 1/8 c Barilla marinara for my dip. Not crazy about the marinara. Barilla is too sweet for my taste. But the calzone was good. The nutritional value you ask?!? 1/4 of this calzone is:

Calories: 129.86
Fat: 6.56
Sugar: 2.33
Protein: 12.26

Pizza Crust is easy: 2 cups Cauliflower, chopped in the food processor or blender, cooked and squeeze as much moisture out as possible. Add 2 beaten egg and 1/3 cup low moisture Mozzarella. Add your own toppings or stuffing like I did, and bake 12 - 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

This is a doubled recipe and it made it way huge, and took about 1/2 hour to bake at 450 and I will get 4 meals out of it. Neither of my kids like cauliflower, but one of them said it tasted really good and they liked it better with catsup.

Today's food totals were good too!
Calories: 1207.36
Fat: 43.89
Sugar: 52.83
Protein: 92.26

Tomorrow is a college thing with my oldest, a massage and a night out with friends from work! I am looking to not drink 10K worth of calories! Wish me luck!

Have a great night everyone!

I took today off! 5th fill!

Mainly because I just ran out of time in the day. I left work around 12:30 to head to my Doctor's office for my 6th month post-op appointment. I got there right on time!

I was really afraid whether or not they would give me a fill, we chatted and after I told her about my nacho episode last Friday she totally agreed and did not ask anymore questions. She added .4 cc's bring my fill level to 6.85 cc's.

If you recall back in February I had a fill of .5 cc's but had to have .3 cc's removed about a week later. She told me this is common. As I lose more and more weight I may need my band tightened so I may still require some more fills before reaching my Green Zone. So (knock on wood) we will see how this fill goes. So far so good. I have been on liquids all day.  I asked about my lab work and she said for the most part everything looks good. But, there is always a but...I was hoping to get off of the cholesterol medication, and honestly I keep forgetting to take it and I have forgotten since I had the band put in. But I was hoping with the diet and exercise I would be done, alas, this is not the case. My cholesterol is higher now then before I had surgery when I was on the meds. So the doctor said more than likely my cholesterol is hereditary and not attributed to diet and exercise. She said there may come a day where I can come off of the meds but it's not that time yet. So I will start taking the meds again tonight. Just so hard to remember because I am not a pill popper. She did say my good cholesterol looks good which is an accomplishment.

All my vitamin levels and  sugars are good. This is a good thing!

I finished today at:
Calories: 1120
Fat: 31
Sugar: 48
Protein: 103.50

Good numbers for today! And I have been only minimally hungry! Tomorrow is a liquids only day too. My doctor considers pureed foods, yogurt and cottage cheese to fall into this category too so luckily tomorrow I will get to have some of this too! Then Friday and Saturday will be mushies, and Sunday will be regular diet.

Since today was my 6th month visit, I also had to visit with the psychologist and nutritionist. I had a great talk with both of them. I'm glad these resources are available with all the struggles I have had in the last couple of weeks. And frankly over the last year and a half.

The psychologist told me to come see her monthly. It's a service offered by the bariatric clinic and there is no charge to me so I am totally going to take advantage of this service. I am a strong believer that getting it out is great therapy. And since I have a week support system at home she wants me to lean on them for the support I need. So tomorrow I will go to my first "live" support group. I've only ever done the support group online. I don't find this very helpful. There is also a support group only for Lap Band patients every other month. So I will go to group twice every other month. I am putting this in my calendar.

She was very happy that I am blogging and that I have a strong support system in the blogging community. She also told me that she thinks I am restricting myself too much. I am trying too hard to follow the rules. She said I need to relax. She knows that is going to be difficult for me but she wants me to work on allowing myself to make mistakes and not beating myself up when I do. She was impressed with how I have been handling all the family stress and the work stress, but she is afraid I am going to self destruct if I don't take a break. She also asked what I was afraid of. It made me think and I am glad she asked. There is actually quite a bit that scares me to death, like failing at this weigh loss thing, losing my job and the fear of the unknown, and my nephews future. So I have things to work on, and with her help I will get there! She also said she wanted to give me a reality check. She said they expect to see people lose about 52 lbs a year. Approximately 1 lb a week. She said I am way above average at 45 lbs in the last 6 months. She said 7 lbs I will be at what they expect to see in one year. I knew about the averages but I am a little harder on myself. . I have a positive attitude about things and frankly I am glad she wants me to come back and talk with her. I do think I am doing well. And thanks to my blogger friends and the clinic I have been reminded of just how well I am doing

Next was my visit with the nutritionist. I was glad to be able to talk with her today as well. The whole calorie thing has been driving me nuts. I asked what my calories should be and she suggested a range of 1200 - 1400 per day. She said she doesn't want me dwelling on this because she doesn't want me to feel like I am on a diet. She wants me to enjoy life. She too said I am trying to hard to do everything by the book. I showed her my food journal and she was amazed that I have journaled everyday for the last 6 months. Her goal for me is to stop journaling so much by my 1 year post op visit and to only be spot checking 2 times a week or so by then. She said she is glad I am exercising like I am but both her and the psychologist suggested that rather than a goal of 400 calories burned a day, they would rather me use a range so I don't beat myself if I don't hit 400 in one day. So my range is to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 4 -6 times a week. If I decided to do more than great.

So I call today successful and productive! I feel better about my journey. Unless I need one sooner I go back for another fill eval in July.

My doctors appointment took about 2 hours. I didn't think it was going to take this long. I had to run home and get my nephew to take him to a doctors appointment. Between my appointment going long and the snow we got to his appointment a few minutes late. After that we ran to Panera so I could get my Broccoli Cheese fill day soup and then ran a few more errands.

One errand was to pick up my new ring. I am fanatical about rings. I finally have one for ever finger! 10 total!! I love rings! I wear 2 necklaces and 1 bracelet. But I love my rings!
And then I sporadically decided to get my ear pierced for the 4th time. Not sure why, just felt like it. That would be the single earring towards the top of my ear. I wont ever pierce my face but I would someday like to get my belly button pierced if I look awesome when I get to my goal!
So by the time I got home tonight I was starving since I am on liquids and it was 7 pm. So I decided to take today off and use it as a rest day. I have worked out 3 days since Sunday and today is OK. So I relaxed this evening and it honestly felt good. I will start back up tomorrow! I think the rest today was good for my knee too, the back of my knee has been hurting and taking today off was probably a good thing.
We have more happy hours and more layoffs coming this week and next week. I am going to do well this time! I am determined!!
OK I don't think I have anything else to report tonight. So, TTFN! Thanks for reading and have a great night.

Last night and today!

OK Just a quickie here. I am getting ready to head to the doctors!

I skipped swimming yesterday because I was having terrible stomach issues and I didn't want to have any issues in the pool. SO I went home and jumped on my elliptical for 20 minutes,
then, despite the fact it was not a run day, I opted to do W1D1 of the C25K. I skipped the warm up walk since my legs were already on fire from the elliptical!

I wanted to burn 400 caloires for the day. SO I got out the Wii and did the super hula hoop! This really helps with my belly fat and helps tighten things up! 10 minutes gets my heart rate going too!
SO I torched 470 calories yesterday! YAY!
Food was not so hot. But not horrible!
Calories: 1619.13
Fat: 59.07
Sugar: 60.58
Protein: 76.10

S'ok, I am not going to beat myself up. I was starving!!

Today, I am about to go to the doctors and I am hoping for a small fill. We shall see. More later on that. I am also hoping to get my bloodwork back and talk to the nutritionist. I really need to talk to her about my calorie intake.

Not sure about todays workout yet. Outdoor run is a No: Snow Yuck!
It's a run day but I will probably put it off till tomorrow and do something else.
Later tonight I will look like this! BRRRR!!

OK so I am off! See you all soon!

6th month Bandiversary....

Most importantly, the people of Boston are in my thoughts. It is so sad what has been happening for so long. This is like 9/11 all over again. Terrible devastation. Great quote posted by Deirdre.

So yesterday while I was on my pity pot about my weekend binge it totally escaped me that it has been 6 months since I was banded!

But first, thank you all for your supportive comments and suggestions yesterday. I received some great advice and am going to implement it!

When I started this journey I had one reason. I did this for me and only me. I covered all of this in my 5 Month Post-op post. so I won't go into it all again. I started off great and things have slowed down. I knew it would slow down, and I am also fully aware of why. I have gotten lax in some areas, like the eating area for sure. I am working on tightening things up!

I am not going to let this defeat me. I have come to far. I need to stay focused on why I started all this to begin with. I need to sit back and re-focus on me.

Thanks everyone for reminding me of the accomplishments I have made over the last year! (I should go back and read my own blog sometimes!)
  1. 1 year ago - I quit smoking by doctor's order so I could have lap band surgery. Yep, This is the only reason I did this. I totally didn't want to!
  2. I overcame my pity party after a 4 month "whoa is me"  binge on DQ & Baskin Robins! I blamed the weight gain on my lack of cigarettes. I hit 274.8 lbs and looked in the mirror and said "the lap band won't work for you either if you keep this up!" SO I started swimming regularly.
  3. I proved to myself that I could lose weight without smoking! I lost 14.6 lbs by surgery day.
  4. I have dropped 8 pant sizes and 3 shirt sizes. From size 22 to 14! From XXXL shirts to XL!
  5. I have lost 45 lbs in the 26 weeks since surgery. An average of 1.73 lbs per week! 7.5 lbs per month! Even with a few gains in there. I have lost an overall amount of 59.6 lbs in 8 months.
  6. Most importantly, I have found the ability to like myself. I am still working on the self love thing, but I am getting better at it every day. And I will continue to have days and weeks like yesterday and that's OK. I just have to keep my eye on the prize. What's my prize, my prize is ME!
Because I have gone from this:
To this!
and from this:
To This!

So Yes I feel good. And I will continue on! There will be pity parties along the way, I'm human. But this too, shall pass!

Thanks for reading! More later :)

Quick Update!

OK I did good today I think. My totals are below. I didn't go on a sugar binge. And I worked out. I burned a total of 430 calories. Got in my W7D2 of the C25K on the treadmill at work today and went swimming after that.

Calories: 1104.17
Fat: 34.83
Sugar: 32.00
Protein: 78.17

Diner was 4 oz of chicken breast sautéed in Franks Red Hot and 505 Green Chili and a tbsp. of light ranch dressing! It was very spicy but so good!!

So day one is down!

It is snowing like mad here! Crazy Colorado weather. When I was driving home my car decided it wanted to visit the ditch on the other side of the road. Luckily there was no oncoming traffic! Just a little sliding around and a ride through the snow covered grass.

It is supposed to be cold the next few days. And it is supposed to keep snowing. I am so ready for spring. Tomorrow is a swim day, and I will get on the elliptical when I get home.

One day at a time! One day at a time!

Thanks for all of your support today. Your words really help! The question, what is emotionally going on with me, I think I am scared. I have about 5 weeks left of my job and I am going back to work in our business. I had a dream we became homeless. With time this too shall pass.

Have a great night everyone!
