I skipped swimming yesterday because I was having terrible stomach issues and I didn't want to have any issues in the pool. SO I went home and jumped on my elliptical for 20 minutes,
I wanted to burn 400 caloires for the day. SO I got out the Wii and did the super hula hoop! This really helps with my belly fat and helps tighten things up! 10 minutes gets my heart rate going too!
SO I torched 470 calories yesterday! YAY!
Food was not so hot. But not horrible!
S'ok, I am not going to beat myself up. I was starving!!
Today, I am about to go to the doctors and I am hoping for a small fill. We shall see. More later on that. I am also hoping to get my bloodwork back and talk to the nutritionist. I really need to talk to her about my calorie intake.
Not sure about todays workout yet. Outdoor run is a No: Snow Yuck!
It's a run day but I will probably put it off till tomorrow and do something else.
