Today's weigh in is .......244.8 lbs! Down 3.2 lbs since last Monday! Rock on!

30.0 lbs down since 8/22/12
20.6 lbs down since I began the 3 day clear liquid diet
15.4 lbs down since surgery!

Yes! I weigh myself twice a day (sometimes 3 times a day)...I know it's horrible....
