Gotcha! Point taken!

Thanks! Yes it's a double blog kind of day :)

I didn't post Sunday so I must be making up for that. I heard everyone, don't run two days in a row! I will not run 2 days in a row :) Thanks for that! So what did I do tonight? I went swimming for 30 minutes and burned somewhere around 150 calories. When I got home I got on the elliptical for 20 minutes and did one of the calorie burn workouts and then walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes. I had jello legs when I was done LOL. The elliptical said this: the time counts down. I continued after it ended because I wanted to get to 2 miles.
But my HRM said 258 calories total for the treadmill and the elliptical. So I am somewhere around 400 calories burned for the day. I'm good with that. A dear friend at work that runs ALL the time said I need to make sure I do run recoveries in between the run days to keep my legs loose. I think this qualifies :)

My food today was good. And I had around 120oz of water today too.
Calories: 916.66
Fat: 36.02
Sugar: 31.44
Protein:  59.85

I have been doing some research on tracking sugar. Everything I read tells me that it is only the added sugar I should be tracking not the natural sugar. My nutritionist told me that too. My sugar always seems so high. But I think alot of that is because of the natural sugar being included. So I stopped tracking the natural sugar today. Made a bit of a difference. I am going to work on keeping this number down.

I feel great! I really want to keep this up! Thanks for the support y'all!
