We got home about 9 and it was close to 9:25 when I finally got on the elliptical. I was proud of myself for staying motivated! Normally I would have made an excuse to not exercise. I am so determined to cross the 50 lb mark by Mad Monday! So I did the same calorie burn routine I did Monday night (2 miles) then I got on the treadmill for 10 minutes so I could get a good 30 minutes total in and walked 1/2 mile. The elliptical and the treadmill said this: 328 Calories but...
my heart rate monitor said this: 262 calories
I'm OK with this. I'm glad I stayed motivated enough to keep going tonight. Tomorrow is a swim & run day.
I will overcome this 'stall' if that's what this is. I scheduled my 4th fill for next week too. I don't have to go back until April but I am still able to eat more than 1 cup of food and feel hungry constantly. Maybe it's because I am more active? I don't know, but I feel like I could eat the whole kitchen sometimes.
