400 calories gone before breakfast!

Hello there!

Today started out great. I went for my C25K run first thing and followed it up with 10 minutes on the elliptical because I wanted 400 calories today. I finished at 422 :) I've been doing week 1 for 2 weeks, Tuesday I start week 2. I am taking it slow. Nice hair huh?!?!

Was a good day, my numbers were not too bad today.
Calories: 1235.68
Fat: 47.06
Sugar: 48.13
Protein: 82.90

Overall good day. A little depressing news....My hair is falling out...I knew this was a side effect but I was hopeful. I have lost enough hair in the last 3 days to make a small toupee for my husband. I so hope this slows down. When I went to the doctors last month they recommended prenatal vitamins. They said my numbers were in a good range before surgery so prenatal vitamins should work well for me. I also remember that when I was pregnant these helped with my hair and nail growth. It was one of the first times I actually had great natural nails. She also recommended B12 so I purchased both today and and keeping my fingers crossed that my hair stays on my head, I really like my hair and I don't think I would like bald. At this point it's just thinning. Not bald yet, see...Yikes I look super tired!
Anyway Have a great rest of the weekend.

  2. Try biotin as well. I definitely went through the hair loss, but it was hard to tell if it was because of the surgery or what because I was weaning from breastfeeding at the same time. It was frustrating but definitely didn't last too long!

  3. Love the way you're getting your sweat on! and remember- If you still look cute at the end of your workout then you didn't train hard enough.
