Mad Monday Weigh in....

my results this week are not earth shattering. Today's weight 226.6. Down .2 lbs. Yes it is still a loss. Mid week I was less than that (Scale Whore - remember?!?!). My food choices may not have been great and my workout routine has changed. I am hoping that that helps with next week.

So here are my totals:
48.2 lbs down since 8/22/12!
33.6 lbs down since surgery on 10/15/12!

I really want to get below that 50lb mark and start working my way to Onederland! Maybe I am being impatient. Seems like I have been hovering around this weight for a while. I felt like I was retaining water this morning too. And I thought I drank enough yesterday.

Do I need to up this now that I am doing the C25K? I did it again yesterday too! That was two days in a row. I know I am supposed to do it every other day. Tonight I am going to swim and use my elliptical. I feel like doing (never thought those words would ever come out of my mouth) the C25K but I will try to hold off. Maybe just a short jaunt on the treadmill tonight. We shall see.

Any whoot. I am at work and bored out of my skull. The company I work for is being sold the end of this month and things are slowing down. Fun times!

Have a great day! I am going to catch up on your blogs now :)

  2. please, please, please don't run every day. Your body is going through monumental change and needs the recovery time. Injuries suck!

  3. Sometimes you retain water whether you drink enough or not. That's the kind of fluctuation that is impossible to predict. And sometimes things just slow down briefly. You'll see a bigger loss, if not next week, then soon! You're doing great!

  4. a loss is a loss no matter how small.
Keep on workin it but make sure you give your body time to heal like Tina says.

  5. Listen to Tina's advice on running. You body does need a day of rest in between to recover. That is great that you are so into running, it's a great exercise!

  6. I'm doing C25K too. And I also ran two days in a row last week. I decided I wouldn't do that again. I was just so excited! I didn't think I could run. And I'm running. Slowly---but I'm running! I just finished week 2.
